A family is always in motion, look back and trace your family tree. Photographs are the way we remember those who have come before us and a way for the newest generation to remember us long after we've turn to dust. Photographs are a means for us to understand our heritage, our character and our values. Dig through an old shoe box of family photos and laughter will erupt, tears will flow and an appreciation will be gained of those who have made us who we are. This is the value of a printed image, a piece of history to hold in the palm of our hands.

A family portrait is an investment, a moment in time to be captured carefully, be beautifully crafted and presented. Taking the time to listen to our clients desires and expectations allows us to plan photography so that nothing is missed and ensures the final portrait will bring our clients pleasure with each viewing.

We understand that every families expectations and requirements are unique and thus each families investment in photography must be considered on an individual basis.

If you choose to have your photography taken in our studio or on our grounds we will arrange a time to have you come by for a pre-session consultation in our studio.

If you plan to have your portrait taken in your home, on your grounds or at a location special to you we will arrange a time to come to your home where we will plan your session and discuss your photographic requirements.

Our pre-session discussions will include your desires and expectations, primary and secondary photography requirements, review of the participants, your style considerations, likes and dislikes, and answer any questions you may have. For location portraits our discussion will also include viewing where your portrait will be hung and considering a sitting location.

We will then provide a detailed estimate for our services including time commitment to setup on location, time for photography, post production, graphics, printing requirements, framing and final installation in your home.

Pets may be photographed in the studio on our grounds or on location. Tailoring the session to meet your pets particular needs is important for a smooth photo session which will not add undo stress to your pet.
